Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge
The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge (HZMB) is another significant
project that connects Hong Kong conveniently to the Mainland China after
the high-speed rail opened on Sep 23rd, 2018. The 55 kilometer (34
mile) bridge is now the world's longest sea-crossing comprising of 12km
Hong Kong Link Road, 29.6km Main Bridge and 13.4km Zhuhai Link Road. It
reduces the road journey time sharply from over 4 hours to 45 minutes
from Hong Kong to Macau and Zhuhai separately.
The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge has formed a one hour life circle
of Hong Kong, Zhuhai, Macau and nearby cities of Zhongshan. And road
journey onto Guangzhou also be shorten to 2 hours.
Two shuttle bus routes – Hong Kong/Zhuhai route and Hong Kong/Macao route.
Buses are run between immigration points on either end of the bridge. You may need to know how to get to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, Zhuhai Port and Macau Port
24-hour service, peak period headway at 5 minutes;non-peak period
headway at 10-15 minutes;overnight period headway at 15-30
minutes.

available at the restricted area of the departure hall to facilitate

3. Concessionary fare is applicable to children aged under 12 or
less than 1.2m in height, people with disabilities and senior citizens
aged 65 or above. Concessionary fare is 50% of regular fare but not
available for online booking currently.
How to Book Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Shuttle Bus
Walk in customers can purchase tickets at immigration building. In
the first stage, each port has automated machine and ticket counter to
serve for purchasing and ticket collection. However, limited quota for
walk-in customers especially Zhuhai Port. Bus company prefers advance

Travel Tips for taking Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Shuttle Bus
It is advisable to book in advance.
Every passenger is allowed one free luggage of 20kg, with
total dimensions not exceeding 158cm (76cm*51cm*32cm). Shuttle Bus
Company reserves the right to refuse overweight and oversized pieces.
Prohibited items includes but not limited to dangerous articles like fireworks, knives and fragile items.

the HZMB include Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen, Xinhui, Kaiping, Toishan,

Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities is located on an
artificial island of about 150 hectares reclaimed from the open waters
off the northeast of the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). It is
easy to reach with a variety of transport means including HKIA, SkyPier,
Airport Express Line and Tung Chung Line available in the proximity.
Few more city bus line will extend to Hong Kong Port to meet the
transfer needs.
Zhuhai and Macau Port is a joint check point in the same
structure on the other end of the bridge. It is located on one of the
four artificial islands at Zhuhai and Macau Border. Visitors entering
from Hong Kong clear immigration check at Zhuhai/Macau facilities and
onto their destination separately. Travel between Macau and Zhuhai of
Mainland China requires immigration check one time only, then cross the
border to their destination.
