The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Shuttle Bus offers public transportation between immigration points on the bridge without crossing the borders of Hong Kong, Macau, or Zhuhai. Travelers must reach the Boundary Crossing Facilities through local public transport or private transfers. After security checks and immigration clearance, passengers will board the bus to the opposite end of the bridge. Upon disembarking, they clear immigration and connect with local transport to reach their destination. The approximately 40-minute bus journey provides stunning sea views.

The HZM Bridges connect Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau, with Zhuhai and Macau situated at one end. There are two bus routes available: one between Hong Kong and Zhuhai, and another between Hong Kong and Macau. Please select the appropriate route accordingly. The tickets vary between Day tickets and Night tickets only.

1. Concessionary fare is applicable to children aged under 12 or less than 1.2m in height, people with disabilities and senior citizens aged 65 or above. But not available for online booking currently.
2.Free ticket is applicable for child under 3 years old and doesn't occupy a seat.
Luggage Allowance
a) Each passenger is entitled to one complimentary luggage weighing up to 20kg, with a combined size not exceeding 158cm (76cm x 51cm x 32cm). The Shuttle Bus Company reserves the authority to decline overweight and oversized items.
b) Prohibited items encompass hazardous objects such as fireworks, knives, and delicate items. For more details, refer to the Customs and Excise Department's page on restricted items.
c) Animals are generally not permitted on board. Nonetheless, guide or assistance dogs may be allowed if well-trained and always under your control.
d) All shuttle buses are wheelchair-user friendly.
e) Baby strollers are permitted, provided they are folded and stored in the designated compartment beneath. The Bus Company reserves the right to refuse oversized strollers (as mentioned in item 1) or if storage space is limited.
f) Bicycles must be packed and stored in the designated compartment underneath. The Bus Company has the discretion to decline oversized bicycles (as noted in item 1) or if storage space is restricted.
Cancellation Policy for Bridge Shuttle Bus
a) Once a successful booking is made, no cancellations or changes are permitted.
b) A refund will only be provided if the booked bus is canceled due to a black rainstorm or a typhoon signal No. 8 or higher.
Immigration check is required at both end of the bridge and valid travel document is required to present. Entering Zhuhai requires a China visa for most of the foreign citizens. Be sure to prepare for it or make use of the Economic Special Zone Tourist Visa.
