China currently offers port visa services at its major ports with high volumes of foreign arrivals. Dedicated port visa points have been established at these ports. One notable option is the Economic Special Zone Tourist Visa, which provides great convenience for ordinary passport holders. This visa is designed for foreign nationals visiting the economic special zones of Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Xiamen for sightseeing and tourism purposes. It allows a single entry with a maximum validity period of 5 days, during which visitors can explore and enjoy the special zone for the same duration (3 days for Zhuhai). It's important to note that the designated entry port must align with the port where the visa was issued.
