1. Parking regulations are strict at Hong Kong airports, stations, and hotels, but we ensure that our drivers arrive early and provide meet-and-greet services.

2. We can offer fixed pricing based on your itinerary, and there will be no additional charges if you follow the planned itinerary.

3. When booking, please provide: booking name, contact number, total number of passengers, total luggage count, pick-up and drop-off times, pick-up and drop-off locations.

4. Prices may vary during nighttime, holidays, and festive periods.

5. Please note that seven-seater cars can only accommodate six passengers.

6. We will send you the driver's information within 2 hours before the service.

7. Pets are not allowed in the vehicles.

8. If your luggage contains goods or product samples, please inform us in advance, as additional freight charges may apply.
