Vehicle Types?
Prices are for 7/8-seater Toyota Alphard, which is the preferred choice for small groups in the area. Other types of vehicles are available upon request.
How is car rental charged in Hong Kong?
Car rental prices are charged by the hour, with the minimum rental periods being 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, or 10 hours. Any time beyond the planned rental period is billed by the hour (with any part of an hour being charged as a full hour).
Do the drivers speak English?
Our native language is Chinese, and our drivers also speak the local language, Cantonese. We have a few drivers with varying levels of English proficiency. If you need an English-speaking driver, please make sure to book in advance.
Do I need to book in advance?
We have a large fleet in Hong Kong, but the Alphard is the most popular vehicle. We recommend booking in advance, especially if you need an English-speaking driver or if you're planning to rent during holidays.
Are there any restrictions on the itinerary in Hong Kong?
Car rentals in Hong Kong are charged by the hour, allowing you to use the vehicle for sightseeing, business, conferences, or any flexible arrangements. If you need help planning your itinerary for sightseeing, please feel free to request assistance. We are familiar with the area and are always willing to help.
Can we tour the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge?
If you wish to drive across the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, please inquire separately. Due to special administrative region policies, vehicles must have both Hong Kong and Mainland China licenses to pass through Hong Kong customs, tour the bridge, and travel to Mainland cities like Zhuhai or Shenzhen. We would need to arrange a dual-licensed vehicle for you, which will be more expensive.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
