Price Includes:
1. A 7/8-seater Toyota Alphard with an experienced driver.
2. Toll fees, petrol, parking, and driver's salary are included.
3. Free waiting time: 30 minutes for hotel/personal address pickup/immigration port. 60 minutes for airport arrival pick-up based on your flight's actual landing time.
Price excludes:
1. After the free waiting period, a charge of $20 is applied per 20 minutes.
2. There is a night hour charge of $40 per van between 22:00 pm and 7:00 am the next morning.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
