Dongguan is located in the southeast of Guangzhou, on the eastern shore of the Pearl River estuary. It borders Guangzhou to the north and Shenzhen to the south. If you plan to travel from Hong Kong to Dongguan for factory visits, sightseeing, or family visits, the most convenient mode of transportation is car rental.
The driving distance between the two locations is approximately 2–2.5 hours, with one custom check at the border between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
We offer one-way transfers, round-trip services, or full-day car rentals with a driver. The price for one-way trips may vary slightly depending on the drop-off location.

Vehicle Type:
7/8-seater Toyota Alphard with dual license plates. Due to traffic regulations, only a limited number of Alphard vehicles are certified for cross-border travel.
Language Support:
Drivers are fluent in both Chinese and Cantonese. Our English-speaking staff will coordinate the entire transfer, from pick-up to drop-off. An English-speaking driver is available upon request for an additional fee.
Immigration Check:
An immigration check is required at Shenzhen Port, the border between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Visa Requirements:
Citizens of visa-exempt countries can travel without a visa. Visitors from other countries traveling between Hong Kong and Dongguan must obtain a Chinese visa in advance. Note that the 144-hour Guangzhou Transit Visa Waiver does not currently apply to land border entries.
Passenger and Luggage Capacity:
The vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers, including infants. Pregnant women are not permitted to ride due to immigration policies.

Price Includes:
1. A 7/8-seater Toyota Alphard with an experienced driver.
2. Toll fees, petrol, parking, and driver's salary are included.
3. Free waiting time: 30 minutes for hotel/personal address pickup/immigration port. 60 minutes for airport arrival pick-up based on your flight's actual landing time.
Price excludes:
1. After the free waiting period, a charge of $20 is applied per 20 minutes.
2. There is a night hour charge of $40 per van between 22:00 pm and 7:00 am the next morning.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the departure date (3 days required for cancellations made on weekends). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as a penalty:
10 days or more prior to departure: No penalty
6-9 days prior to departure: 20% penalty
2-5 days prior to departure: 50% penalty
Within one day of departure or no show: 100% penalty
