How to meet driver at Cruise Port
Driver will see you at waiting area holding your name sign. It takes few minutes to the parking lot and board car onto your hotel or personal address in Shanghai city. Driver knows little English. For any communication problem, ETripChina staff will be a call away.
Shanghai has three ship docks. Shanghai International Cruise Terminal, near downtown, handle smaller vessels like those from cruise Oceania, Seabourn, Silversea, Crystal and Regent. Wusongkou Port and Waigaoqiao Cruise Port are for larger ships from Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, and P&O Cruises. Please kindly inform us your ship number, time of arrival and hotel information in your inquiry.

Extra $10 (for driver) is required if landing flight/train earlier than 7:30am or later than 21:30pm; departure flight earlier than 8:30am or later than 22:00pm.
Full day car rental includes service hour maximum to 8 hours and distance to 100km. Extra charges is required $10 per hour and $1 per km.
Pick-up and drop-off hotel or personal address is supposed to be in the city.
Brand of van is the most popular kind in good condition (as specific). If for luxury brand like Bens, Audi, prices may vary accordingly.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
