How to meet driver at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

As a famous tourist city in China, Suzhou enjoys convenient train and bus transport, but no airport in the city. Suzhou shares flight transport with the neighboring mega city of Shanghai. Travelers taking flight to and from Suzhou need to board at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (mainly for domestic flights) and Shanghai Pudong Airport (mainly for international flight).
Right next to Hongqiao airport is Hongqiao Railway Station which offers frequent high-speed trains to and from Suzhou. Many locals take connecting option and save budget. Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the departure date (3 days required for cancellations made on weekends). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as a penalty:
10 days or more prior to departure: No penalty
6-9 days prior to departure: 20% penalty
2-5 days prior to departure: 50% penalty
Within one day of departure or no show: 100% penalty
