Shanghai has two airports. Pudong International Airport in the east of the city mainly operates international flights. Hongqiao Airport in the west is mainly for domestic flights and right next to it is Hongqiao Railway Station. If you need to take connecting train or flight, private transfer is recommended to guarantee a hassle-free trip. Drive journey from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Airport or Hongqiao Railway Station or vice versa is around 1.5 hours.
How to meet driver?
There is a meeting area at flight arrival just out of luggage claim area. Driver will be waiting on time according to your actual landing hour. Make sure you give us correct flight information and update if any changes occurred. For railway station meet up, pay attention to the meeting point.

Additional Info
Extra $10 (for driver) is required if flight/train landing earlier than 7:30am or later than 21:30pm; departure flight earlier than 8:30am or later than 22:00pm.
Please kindly inform us your flight number, time of arrival, hotel name and address when send in inquiry. All passengers' passport copies are required to purchase a life casualty from our side.
Each car/van has limits of number of passengers. Please also take your luggage pieces and size into consideration when choosing the car/van type.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
