How to meet driver at Airport
Look for your name sign at the flight arrival (just out of luggage claim area). Our driver will arrive on time according to your actual landing hour. We need your flight number and destination address in advance. Make sure you update the info if any changes occurred.
How to meet driver at Hotel
Display the name sign on the vehicle's dashboard, will wait near the hotel. If the hotel permits parking, the driver will stop directly at the lobby entrance.

Extra $15 (for driver) is required if flight/train landing earlier than 7:30am or later than 21:30pm; departure flight earlier than 8:30am or later than 22:00pm.

Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the departure date (3 days required for cancellations made on weekends). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as a penalty:
10 days or more prior to departure: No penalty
6-9 days prior to departure: 20% penalty
2-5 days prior to departure: 50% penalty
Within one day of departure or no show: 100% penalty
