Macau, a Special Administrative Region of China, is closely connected to Zhuhai in Guangdong Province. There are five border ports between the two, with four allowing passport holders to pass. Travelers need a Chinese visa or a 3-day Zhuhai special tourism visa to enter. Vehicles also require special cross-border plates. ETripChina provides cross-border vehicles for overseas travelers between Macau and Zhuhai.
Zhuhai is a large city, and transfer prices vary based on pickup/drop-off locations. Travel time is 40-60 minutes, with border crossing typically taking 20 minutes. Visa processing at the port may take 30-60 minutes, depending on the crowd.

Booking notes:
Meeting driver: The driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby or just outside, depending on the hotel's policy. Please note, most hotels in Macau only allow brief parking.
Luggage allowance: The 7-seat Alphard van provides luggage space for 6 pieces of 22-inch luggage, 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage, or 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage when all seats are occupied.
Passenger number: Maximum capacity is 6 passengers (including infants); pregnant women are not permitted due to immigration policy.
Immigration check: Immigration check is required.
Through car: The same car and driver accompany you throughout the journey.
Language barrier concerns: Drivers are proficient in both Chinese and Cantonese. Our English-speaking staff will oversee the entire transfer, from pick-up to drop-off.
Communication methods: We recommend using WeChat or WhatsApp during your trip (note: WhatsApp may not work in Mainland China).
Price Inclusions & Exclusions
Price Includes:
1. Van rental with an experienced driver, inclusive of tolls, parking fees, and driver's salary.
2. Complimentary 30 minutes waiting time for pickups. Airport transfers allow up to 90 minutes from your actual landing time.
Price excludes:
1. An additional waiting surcharge of $30 per hour applies after the mentioned complimentary standby period.
2. For evening services during 22:00-07:00, there is a surcharge of $30 per way.

The Alphard vehicle has comfortable seating and can accommodate up to 6 passengers. Please refer to the images below to determine the number of vehicles you need. Image 1 shows the recommended number of passengers and luggage. Image 2 shows the maximum luggage capacity when there are up to 3 passengers and the rear seats are folded.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
