Guilin has three railway stations operating high speed trains and normal trains. There are Guilin Railway Station (桂林火车站), Guilin North Railway Station (桂林北火车站), Guilin West Railway Station (桂林西火车站) , located in different directions of the city. Read your ticket carefully and plan for transfer to the correct station.
All these three stations are not big with one exit only. Driver (or guide if required) will hold your name sign at exit of train station (just out of the check-out area). Parking lot is at the front square or underground level.

Prices listed are for Chinese-speaking drivers. Early bookers can require English-speaking drivers with extra $15 per way.
Please kindly inform us your train number and arriving station, time of arrival, hotel name and address when send in inquiry. All passengers' passport copies are required to purchase a life casualty from our side.
Each car/van has limits of number of passengers. Please also take your luggage pieces and size into consideration when choosing the car/van type.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes are free of charge if made 10 days prior to departure. Maximum to 50% of the price might be applied within 1-6 days prior to departure per issue basis.
Cancellation is supposed to make at least one day prior to departure date (3 days required if at weekend). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as penalty.
10 days prior to departure date – no penalty
6-9 days prior to departure date – 20% charged
2-5 days prior to departure date – 50% charged
Within one day or no show – 100% charged
