Driver will meet you at your hotel lobby there as scheduled time. The train service from Chongqing to Zhangjiajie is infrequent and not particularly convenient, which is why many travelers opt for private car services instead. This mode of transportation offers the added convenience of being picked up directly from their hotel in Chongqing and delivered straight to their hotel in Zhangjiajie, eliminating the hassle of transfers along the way. While the high-speed train is the preferred choice for travel from Chongqing to Chengdu, the time-consuming process of boarding and alighting, especially for those with a lot of luggage, leads some passengers to choose private car services as well.
Chongqing to Chengdu: 320 kilometers, 4 hours by car
Chongqing to Zhangjiajie: 500kilometers, 6 hours by car
Driver will help you to load the luggage and you check in on your own. Hotels up to 3 star or some boutique hotels has English-speaking staff at reception. Staff onboard the luxury cruises can speak English.

Prices listed are for Chinese-speaking drivers. English-speaking guide is available with extra $25 per way per group.
$15 extra charge per group is required for early/late departure/ arrival between 22:00 pm - 07:30am.
Please kindly inform us your flight number, time of arrival, hotel name and address when send in inquiry. All passengers' passport copies are required to purchase a life casualty from our side.
Each car/van has limits of number of passengers. Please also take your luggage pieces and size into consideration when choosing the car/van type.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the departure date (3 days required for cancellations made on weekends). A percentage of the total payment will be charged as a penalty:
10 days or more prior to departure: No penalty
6-9 days prior to departure: 20% penalty
2-5 days prior to departure: 50% penalty
Within one day of departure or no show: 100% penalty
