Chengdu Train Station to Hotel Transfer

Chengdu has four main train stations, each responsible for specific trains and routes, although some trains may stop at two stations. For train station pick-up and drop-off, please choose the correct station and get off at the agreed-upon station.

1. Chengdu East Station - No. 333 Qionglai Mountain Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province

2. Chengdu South Station - Tianren  North 2nd Street, Guixi Street, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province

3. Chengdu West Station - Jinhui Road,  Qingyang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province

4. Chengdu Station - No. 2 North 2nd  Ring Road, Jinniu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province

When to Meet the Driver:
For train station pickups, the driver will arrive based on your actual arrival time. They will be at the specific station 10 minutes before you arrive, holding your name sign at the exit. For hotel pickups, the driver will arrive on time or even earlier at the hotel lobby.

Where to Meet the Driver:
The driver will be holding a sign with your name just outside the exit area.

How to Communicate with the Driver:
The ETripChina team is available online to assist you throughout your journey, from pick-up to the completion of the service. We recommend registering for WeChat before your arrival in mainland China, as it offers great convenience for communication and translation.

Information expected from your side:

Arrival/departure train number, time of arrival, hotel name and address, group leader’s name to prepare the meeting signboard; passport copy for the payee.

Notes for choosing the van type:

The seat number indicates the total number of seats, including the driver. When selecting the vehicle model, make sure it is not overcrowded and that the luggage space is sufficient. If you have any questions, feel free to consult with us.

You can choose from the following vehicles:

• 5-seat car: Suitable for up to 4 passengers with 1 piece of 28-inch luggage and 1 piece of 20-inch luggage. Consider upgrading to a 7-seat car if you have more luggage.

• 7-seat Buick: A popular business vehicle, accommodating up to 6 passengers. For additional luggage, we recommend 3-4 passengers.

• 7-seat Mercedes V260: Accommodates up to 6 passengers. For more luggage, we recommend 3-4 passengers.

• 9-seat Mercedes: Can carry up to 8 passengers. For additional luggage, we recommend 4-6 passengers.
