The Luoyang Museum is a comprehensive museum that integrates functions such as collection of cultural relics, scientific research, exhibition display, social education, and cultural exchange.

The Luoyang Museum, established in 1958, hosts several large-scale exhibitions including "The Civilization of the Luo River Basin," "Treasure Exhibition," "Han and Tang Dynasty Pottery Figurines Exhibition," "Tang Tri-colored Glazed Pottery Exhibition," "Imperial Court Relics Exhibition," "Stone Carving Art Exhibition," and "Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition." These exhibitions cover a total area of 17,000 square meters. The museum houses a collection of 20,315 cultural relics, including 5,406 precious artifacts.
